Mr. Ali Fardan Al Fardan is an independent & non-executive Director on the Board of Dubai Investment for the last 14 years

He is also member of two of the Board Committees, i.e. Audit Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee. He serves as Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee

Mr. Al Fardan has significant experience in Real Estate Management, Property Investments, Capital Investment Management and Hospitality Management. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Management and Information System

Mr. Abdulaziz Bin Yagub Al Serkal is the CEO of Industrial Platform at Dubai Investments, consisting of a portfolio of subsidiaries which offer a comprehensive range of products and services in the construction sector. Over the years, Mr Serkal has played a key role and has been instrumental in the successful planning and completion of several key industrial projects.

In addition to his role at Dubai Investments, Serkal also serves as the Board member for several Dubai Investments companies including varied businesses like Emirates District Cooling, Dubai Investments Industries, Masharie, Dubai Investments Real Estate, Al Taif Investments, Al Mal Capital, and Al Qudra Sports Management.

Prior to joining Dubai Investments, Serkal served Emirates Industrial Bank for 13 years, a federal government financial institution supporting the industrial development in the country. Al Serkal completed his education at University of Southern California, USA, where he majored in Industrial and System Engineering

Mr. Mohammed Saeed Al Raqbani is the General Manager of Dubai Investments Industries and Masharie, a subsidiary of Dubai Investments PJSC. With over 28 years of experience, including managing his family business, he leads operations and growth strategies across the Group’s industrial and investment portfolio

He is Vice Chairman of KCH Healthcare and is a board member of Emirates Extruded Polystyrene, Globalpharma, LiteTech Industries, Millennium Place Hotel Mirdif, Saudi American Glass, Delta Company (KSA), and Africa Crest Education in the UAE and Egypt. He also chairs Africa Crest for Investment – New Cairo Capital, Al Bourouj (Egypt), Emirates Extrusion Factory, White Aluminium Extrusion, and Gulf Metal Craft. He is also a member of the UAE Polo Federation.

Previously, he served on the board of Emaar Industries & Investments and was a member of the UAE Federal National Council. Al Raqbani holds a Bachelor's in Business Management from the American University of Dubai and an MBA from the University of Paris – Sorbonne.

Mr. Mohammad Saif Darwish Ahmed Al Ketbi is an independent & non-executive Director on the Board of Dubai Investments PJSC

Mr. Al Ketbi has experience in Investments & Projects, Real Estate and Hospitality Sectors. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration majoring in Business Management

Mr. Mushtaq Masood has been with Dubai Investments PJSC since 2008, currently holding the Group CFO position

From 1999 to 2007, Mushtaq was associated with the Cupola Group and later on Abraaj Capital where he served as the CFO of a portfolio company

He had previously worked for ADNOC Distribution from 1992 to 1998 and started his career in the UAE in 1990 with the auditing teams of Arthur Young and Arthur Andersen

He is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accounts of India

Mr. Naser Yousef Al Marzooqi is a senior banking executive with over 30 years of experience in international, wholesale, and corporate banking. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Emirates NBD in Saudi Arabia, leading the bank’s strategic growth and operations since 2019.

Throughout his career, he has held several leadership positions within Emirates NBD and National Bank of Umm Al Quwain, building extensive expertise in corporate and international banking. He previously served on the boards of multiple financial institutions across the region, including Chairman of ENBD Capital, Amlak International KSA, Sijil KSA, Amlak Finance Egypt and Al Khaliji Commercial Bank QSC Qatar.

Al Marzooqi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Franklin University and has completed executive leadership programs at University of Oxford, INSEAD, and IE Business School.

Sanjay Vig is the Chief Executive Officer of Al Mal Capital PSC and its subsidiaries, bringing over four decades of international leadership experience across the Middle East and India, with deep expertise in corporate and investment banking, wealth management, capital markets, investments and financial advisory.

Sanjay has been with Al Mal Capital since 2016, previously serving as Deputy CEO, and has played a key role in strengthening the firm’s investment platform, expanding its core business lines and supporting the execution of its long term strategy. Over the course of his career, Sanjay has managed, advised and led transactions exceeding USD 30 billion, bringing strong market insight and a proven track record across multiple business cycles.

As Chief Executive Officer, Sanjay focuses on advancing client centric growth, reinforcing strong governance, and ensuring disciplined execution in line with Al Mal Capital’s long term strategic objectives.

An Order of Merit holder of the Indian Institute of Bankers, he has undergone extensive executive management programs at Stanford, Columbia, Darden and IMD, Switzerland.

Roshan is the Managing Director of Corporate Advisory & Direct Investments MENA at Al Mal Capital PSC. He joined Al Mal Capital in March 2017.

Over 20 years of experience in the field of investment banking, corporate finance and has worked in different countries including UAE and USA. Advised, arranged and raised over USD 10 billion across various sectors within GCC and India

Prior to joining Al Mal Capital, Roshan was the Senior Director al Alpen Capital and has also worked at Ingersoll Rand (USA)

He is a Certified Public Accountant (USA) and has completed in Bachelors in Accounting from Purdue University (USA) with minors in Finance and MIS

Saif is the Head for the Business Development. He joined Al Mal Capital PSC in September 2017

He started his career in PwC – Corporate Advisory and M&A team in Dubai, and has worked on several acquisitions and mergers in the region

After specning 4 years with  PwC, he spent time in the government sector with The Crown Prince Office as the Internal Audit Manager in 2013

Saif holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from California State University

Arjun is a member of the Direct Investments and Corporate Advisory teams at Al Mal Capital PSC since April 2021 and is responsible for origination, placement and execution streams of the businesses

Prior to joining Al Mal Capital, Arjun was overseeing Investments and Finance at Novo Healthcare, a retail pharmacy start-up. He has also worked with Alpen Capital, Mashreqbank in the UAE and Standard Chartered Bank in India.

He holds a Bachelors Degree in Finance and Accounting from Vivekananda College, India. He has completed his training under the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI)

Fatema is the Board Secretary of Al Mal Capital PSC and the AMCREIT Investor Relations. She joined Al Mal Capital PSC in August 2020

Prior to Al Mal Capital, she was the Board Secretary and Investor Relations at Marka PJSC, where she established strong relationships with regulators, DFM and the shareholders. She also led the capital restructure transaction of Marka. She has also worked at PwC as a Senior Auditor.

She is a certified Board Secretary by the Hawkamah, the Institute for Corporate Governance and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Management from the American University in Dubai.

Saad is a member of the Direct Investments team at Al Mal Capital since 2018 and is also responsible on liaising with the regulator for the REIT

Focuses on originating, underwriting, and executing investments in addition to ongoing investment monitoring

Prioir to joining Al Mal, Saad led the corporate finance function for Dubai Healthcare City. He has also worked with Ithmar Invest (Jordan) focusing on capital raise for corporates and family offices

Saad holds a bachelors dgree in banking and finance from the Lebanese Amercian University, Beirut, Lebanon and a Masters degree in Intenrnational banking and Finance from the University of Salford, Manchester, UK.
